Simple and delicious fried chicken

| Fried Chicken Wings and Shoulders |
These are a deep fried chicken I cooked in a day.
These are including chicken wings (drumettes) and chicken shoulders.
Theses were seasoned with the grated ginger and garlic, rice wine (sake for cooking), soy sauce, sugar beets and black peppers.
After it, sprinkled with potato starch, then each was deep fried with a rice oil twice.
It’s one of drumettes.
It has really crispy batter.
A meat is really delectable, but the inside is a little burnt.
The chicken shoulders are quite no problem.
A batter is crispy, meat is delicious and soft, the inside is ultimate burnt.
