From Drumette hot pot to Chicken breast cook rice

 Hot pot & Cook rice


I tried to cook rice use a soup from the leftovers of the hot pot cooking.

It’s a hot pot of the drumettes at first day.
The ingredients are the first segment of the chicken wings called “drumettes”, carrots, shimeji mushrooms, kidney beans and a boc choy.
The drumettes were boiled about two hours, then seasoned with a rice wine “sake”, soy sauce and sugar beets. A boc choy add before a few minutes before.

The drumettes were very soft and I crunched a gristle.

Cooked rice with a chicken breastd

Then, it’s a cooked rice with a chicken breast and the leftover soup of hot pot cooking of drumettes.
It was cooked with a whole chicken breast and the rices of the same quantities of the leftover soup.
And I garnished the nori-seaweeds and the green onions.

Then, It’s a cooked rice with a chicken breast on next day.

I garnished the fried eggs like the scrambled eggs and a perilla.

It was good, too.
