Dumplings with okras and mushrooms

It’s the dumplings I cooked a kind of Chinese food called “shaomai”.
It’s near like “jiaozi” (饺子), filling is minced pork but jiaozi is including Chinese cabbage. A shaomai is including onions.
Basically, fillings of shaomai are a minced pork and the onions I’ve written above, I also added the okras and the maitake a kind of mushrooms.
I seasoned these with an oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar beets, black peppers, sesame oil, cooking wine (sake) and a potato starch, then I wrapped these by shaomai skins
Normally, this cooking is used steamer, but I used a microwave because I don’t like washing a big steam pot.
